Charm Offensive dresses six Revolutionary-era bronze figures in oversized acrylic charms\, layered panels\, and flags that reframe their histories with honesty\, style\, and a little attitude. \nIncludes an artist talk and hands-on button-making workshop Saturday afternoon\, plus QR codes with deeper context at each statue. \nHours: 10 a.m.–6 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.\nLocation: William M. Reilly Memorial\, Fairmount Park\, near the Philadelphia Museum of Art and Water Works.
