Owner George Reilly leads an interactive evening exploring the barrel aging process. Guests choose to age a Manhattan or Negroni in a custom 2-liter engraved oak barrel — engraved with a name, monogram, logo, or family crest. The evening includes a welcome cocktail and light bites. Guests fill their barrel and take it home to complete the aging. $250 for two. Reservations required.
