Join PAFA to celebrate Juneteenth with a screening of The Nine O’Clock Whistle, a documentary by Dr. Willa Cofield chronicling a dramatic cultural shift in the segregated town of Enfield, North Carolina from 1963 to 1965.

Following the screening, Dr. Cofield will join for a post-film discussion, book signing, and social reception. Uncle Bobbie’s Coffee and Books will have copies of Dr. Cofield’s book available for purchase on-site.
