The made in Philadelphia Spring Market is officially happening, and it’s the Center City outing you didn’t know you needed this weekend. From Friday, April 10th through Sunday, April 12th, Dilworth Park — right outside City Hall — transforms into a vibrant open-air showcase featuring more than 60 local vendors, makers, artists, and food purveyors. Best of all, admission is completely free.

Organized by the team behind the beloved Christmas Village in Philadelphia, in partnership with the Center City District, this spring edition is a first-of-its-kind debut that kicks off a newly expanded year-round market series. With the fountains running again and tulips in bloom, the backdrop alone makes it worth the trip into Center City.

What You’ll Find at the Made in Philadelphia Spring Market

The vendor lineup is a deep cut into Philadelphia’s local maker scene. Expect handmade jewelry from Lily Lough Jewelry and Makinit Designs By Vicki, custom wall art from Kassandra Wall Art, hand-drawn pen and ink prints from D. Prince Designs, and ceramic flower art from Laevera Ceramic Flower. For home goods and lifestyle picks, Peaches & Park brings hand-poured candles, Fairy Greens has linen sprays and lavender products, and Lila N’ Berry offers Turkish towels and blankets. Philly pride is well-represented too — For The City has the city-themed apparel covered, while Collectible Art Gallery offers Philadelphia landmark prints and skyscapes that make solid gifts for locals and visitors alike.

Beyond jewelry and art, the Made in Philadelphia Spring Market rounds out with sustainable and handcrafted goods from vendors like Gorband (sustainable clothing), Native Trashion (handmade upcycled clothing), Storebyelifus (crochet products and ceramic mugs), and Skyseed Energy (crystals, candles, and gemstone jewelry). Nadia Design Co brings travel and botanical-inspired stationery and gifts, while Alien Bratz covers the fun end of things with magnets, stickers, bookmarks, and jewelry. Astro Vinyl Art rounds it out with custom carved vinyl record art — one of the more distinctive finds you’ll come across.

Food and Drink at the Made in Philadelphia Spring Market

The food and beverage lineup is genuinely solid. Bacon on a Stick serves up thick-cut bacon skewers with a choice of dipping glazes — yes, that’s the actual concept, and yes, it works. Delightful Obsessions brings fresh baked goods and pastries, and Legrand Goods adds more baked options and desserts to the mix. Cuisines by SHE is on-site with iced teas and lemonades for something refreshing.

On the spirits side, New Liberty Distillery will be pouring locally crafted whiskeys and coffee liqueur, and Philadelphia Mead Company is bringing their handcrafted honey wines. For something nostalgic, The Candy Lady Store has you covered, and The Pickle Jar rolls in with flavored pickle chips and 30 different flavors of seasoned hard mini pretzels — a surprisingly compelling snack situation.
