New Hope Arts and Crafts Festival Returns with over 160 Artisans
As the seasons shift and the leaves start to turn, one of Bucks County’s most beloved cultural traditions returns for its 31st year—the New Hope Arts and Crafts Festival. Taking place the weekend of September 27–28, 2025, this juried event gathers more than 160 fine artists and craftspeople from across the region and beyond. Hosted by the Greater New Hope Chamber of Commerce, the festival will transform the New Hope–Solebury High School grounds into a vibrant open-air gallery, showcasing a diverse range of media, including sculpture, fine art, jewelry, ceramics, fiber art, photography, mixed media, and more.
Attendees will find both collectible investment pieces and whimsical handmade treasures across the sprawling parking lot, just a short walk from New Hope’s historic downtown. A $5 donation grants full access for the weekend, with Saturday hours from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM. Whether you’re a seasoned collector, casual browser, or curious first-timer, the New Hope Arts and Crafts Festival offers something for every aesthetic sensibility.

New Hope Arts and Crafts Festival Offers More Than Art
Beyond the incredible selection of handcrafted works, the New Hope Arts and Crafts Festival is a full-sensory experience. Throughout both days, visitors can enjoy live music performances from regional favorites including John Thomas, Timi Hendrix, Suren Lama, and Chris Zaic, setting a rhythmic backdrop for the creative energy that fills the air. Culinary cravings will be satisfied by an eclectic lineup of food vendors, including Southern Farm Catering, Nosh Empanadas, Tokio Sushi, Viva Mexico, and more—providing everything from gourmet bites to sweet treats and international street food.

Family-friendly activities and hands-on art demonstrations encourage visitors of all ages to explore their own creativity. And for those looking to make a day of it, a complimentary shuttle service will run between the festival site and downtown New Hope, dropping guests near the Bucks County Playhouse—conveniently close to boutique shops, historic landmarks, and the Delaware River promenade.
Parking is available behind the High School and Upper Elementary School for a $5 donation supporting local school programs. Additional options can be found at Union Square and the New Hope Railroad Station. Visitors are advised to arrive early, as handicapped spaces are limited due to high attendance.
New Hope Arts and Crafts Festival Anchors Community and Creativity
The New Hope Arts and Crafts Festival shines because of the caliber of its artists and the heart of the community that fuels it. As Chamber President Michael Sklar explains, “It’s not just about what you take home—it’s about the stories, the artists behind each piece, and the community you become part of.” For over three decades, this festival has not only supported the livelihoods of independent artists but has helped shape New Hope’s identity as a creative sanctuary.

Prizes will be awarded again this year in multiple categories—Best in Show, Fine Art, Jewelry, Fiber, Photography, and more—offering recognition to standout talents and giving guests a chance to discover tomorrow’s stars of the art world today.
Backed by local sponsors like Penn Community Bank, Bucks County Magazine, Music Mountain Theatre, and Friends of the Library, the festival represents the best of what the New Hope area offers: independent spirit, artistic excellence, and a sense of shared celebration.
