Fall in Philly just got a lot more festive. On Sunday, October 12, 2025, the Northern Liberties Fall Festival returns for its second annual installment, transforming this ever-evolving neighborhood into a full-blown autumn experience. From 11 AM to 5 PM, the stretch of 3rd Street and Liberty Lands Park will erupt in vibrant fall color, local energy, and community celebration, thanks to the efforts of the Northern Liberties Business Improvement District (NLBID) and presenting sponsor Sprouts Farmers Market.

The Northern Liberties Fall Festival is a curated experience for all ages and interests. With over 40 local vendors, live performances on two stages, seasonal bites and brews, an Instagram-ready Polaroid wall, and specialized zones like the Philly Sports End Zone and the City Winery Wine Lounge, the event is a reflection of Northern Liberties itself — creative, diverse, and unapologetically bold.

Northern Liberties Fall Festival Stages Set the Tone

Live music is the heartbeat of the Northern Liberties Fall Festival, with entertainment lined up all day long across two signature outdoor stages. Over at the Ortlieb’s Stage, presented by City Winery, expect crowd-pleasing performances by The Warhawks, Cadre Noir, Mandy Valentine, and So Totally. The stage also hosts an outrageous hot dog eating contest, a series of free indoor comedy sets, and a lively afterparty at Ortlieb’s featuring Reef the Lost Cause and Full Bush.

A few blocks away, the Liberty Lands Stage, sponsored by GoPuff, offers a more family-friendly and wellness-focused lineup. The day kicks off with a $5 yoga flow from Monarch Yoga, followed by a youth dance showcase by Living Arts, and a whimsical costume event for kids hosted by Tula Yoga. The stage closes out with live sets from Taylor Kelly, Huston West Banjo, and Bill Saurman’s School of Thought.

Attendees can lounge at City Winery’s cozy Wine Lounge with bottles available for purchase, get their game day fix at the North Third Philly Sports Zone — complete with outdoor tables, DJs, bar service, and big screens — or dive into the Family Fun Zone. Sponsored by Little City Montessori, this area is packed with activities like pumpkin painting, bowling, face painting, scavenger hunts, and seasonal games designed to engage kids of all ages.
