Royal Boucherie’s Build Your Own Old Fashioned Bar offers you an opportunity to personalize your libation of choice.

Who doesn’t enjoy an Old Fashioned from time to time? If you’re like me, there are only a few cocktails more enjoyable than a proper and well-made Old Fashioned. And to entice the appreciation of this classic concoction, Royal Boucherie has launched it’s new Build Your Own Old Fashioned Bar with an extensive selection of spirits, bitters, and sweeteners to choose from where you can tailor your cocktail exactly to your taste.

Eden Beschen, the new Bar Manager at Royal Boucherie, has designed a personalized menu format that allows guests to explore different flavor profiles and create their ideal Old Fashioned. In this creative take on cocktail creation, guests can select one base spirit (Step One), followed by a choice of bitters (Step Two), and finalized with the addition of sweetener (Step Three). All ingredients are expertly curated by Beschen. Prices vary depending on the chosen spirit but can range from $15 to $25.

In addition to the new Build Your Own Old Fashioned Bar, Royal Boucherie’s updated beverage menu features cutting-edge specialty cocktails, innovative non-alcoholic wine, and beer selections, as well as delicious temperance cocktails.

Build Your Own Old Fashioned

Royal Boucherie is open Monday through Thursday, 4 pm to 10 pm, Friday and Saturday, 4 pm to 11 pm, and Sunday, 4 pm to 9 pm, with weekend brunch on Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 3 pm.
