This event marks a significant milestone for the restaurant, which recently expanded its offerings to include a full-service beverage list. What makes this event particularly special is the collaboration with Cantina Casetto, a renowned winery from the Classic Bardolino region of Italy.
The spotlight of the evening is the presence of sommeliers Chiara and Alessandra Branchers, proprietors of Cantina Casetto, established in 1999 by Aldo and Luana Brancher. Their expertise in winemaking, combined with their personal journey, adds a unique depth to the dining experience. Guests will have the opportunity to savor hand-picked wine pairings from Cantina Casetto, enhancing the flavors of each dish prepared by the talented Chefs Alex Hardy and Tara Buzan-Hardy.
The event, Cantina Casetto At The Table, will feature a five-course menu, each course thoughtfully paired with Cantina Casetto’s wines. The menu includes Hamachi Crudo paired with Chiaretto di Bardolino Rosato Spumante Brut, Frito Misto with Lugana’ Lu’ Trebbiano, Cacio e Pepe with Rosso ‘Decanto’ Ripasso Style Convina, Rack of Lamb accompanied by IGT Rosso ‘Bral’ Amarone Style Corvinia, and a delightful Caramel Crème Brûlée to conclude the meal. These pairings showcase the restaurant’s culinary prowess and Cantina Casetto’s winemaking expertise.
