Fond Prime Rib Dinner Brings Back a Classic Tradition
On Sunday, March 9, Fond’s celebrated Prime Rib Dinner will debut at its new home at 21 N Providence Rd, Wallingford, PA. This prix fixe experience, priced at $65 per person, will take place on the second Sunday of every month, offering a three-course meal.
You will start with a choice between French Onion Soup or an Endive Salad featuring a warm bacon dressing. The main attraction is a 12 oz. Prime Rib, accompanied by potatoes au gratin, seasonal vegetables, au jus, and horseradish cream—a combination that blends richness with balance. To complete the meal, Fond will serve a rotating dessert, with this month’s offering being a decadent Chocolate Cream Pie.
Chef Lee Styer and Jessie Prawlucki-Styer have long been known for their refined take on French cuisine, and the Fond Prime Rib Dinner is a shining example of their dedication to high-quality, well-executed meals.
