Dig Inn Celebrates Ardmore Opening with Community-Focused Launch
Dig Inn is officially planting roots in the Philly suburbs, starting with the grand opening of its Ardmore location on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 76 Coulter Avenue in Suburban Square. Known for its chef-driven approach to fast-casual dining, Dig Inn brings its signature seasonal bowls and scratch-made comfort food to the heart of Ardmore, introducing Main Line residents to its fresh, community-first mission.
The launch is a celebration of giving back. On Sunday, August 3, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Monday, August 4, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the brand will host a food drive exchange event. Guests who bring a canned good or non-perishable food item will receive a complimentary plate from a special menu. The best part? All donations will go directly to the Ardmore Food Pantry, a community-focused organization serving over 200 households weekly with dignity and fresh food access.

On opening day, August 5, Dig Inn will donate 100% of its sales to the Ardmore Food Pantry, reinforcing its belief that real food should support real communities. The first 100 guests in line will receive a Dig Inn tote and a complimentary drink — a small token for being part of something big.
According to CEO Tracy Kim, “Our mission has always been about nourishing communities—not just with food, but with purpose. Launching in Ardmore and partnering with local food pantries allows us to start off on the right foot and support the people who make these towns thrive.”
Dig Inn to Bring Its Signature Flavor to Jenkintown This Fall
Following the Ardmore debut, Dig Inn will expand further with a new location opening this September in Jenkintown, located at 901 Old York Road. As the second location in the Philadelphia suburbs, this move signifies Dig Inn’s strategic growth throughout the Northeast while maintaining its commitment to chef-crafted, seasonal, and sustainable dining.
While the Jenkintown launch won’t include a food drive, it will bring the full Dig Inn experience to another discerning community of food lovers. Guests can expect the brand’s core menu of healthy bowls, hearty vegetables, and expertly-prepared proteins, all made fresh daily by the in-house culinary team. As with every Dig Inn location, the new spot will focus on hospitality, real ingredients, and intentional sourcing — from farm to fork.

Dig Inn’s thoughtful expansion reflects the brand’s broader mission: to build a business around good food and great people. With over 30 locations across the Northeast, each one feels distinct yet connected by a commitment to doing things the right way. The Ardmore and Jenkintown locations are the latest chapters in a story centered on food that fuels lives and feeds communities.
