Born and raised or imported to Philly? “Born in Jeanes” Hospital, grew up mostly in Bucks County. Moved to Buffalo, New York in 2001 and stayed for undergrad. Then pursued a Masters in urban planning at SUNY at Buffalo. Did a year in Manhattan. Now I’m back, and never moving!
What is your connection/relationship to Philly? I live, work and play here! Love living in Bella Vista. Exciting work to do every day in Spring Arts and so much to explore in between.
Favorite restaurant in Philly? Saloon. It’s such a classic and never disappoints. Find me there for Martini Fridays.
Best place to shop in Philly (food, clothes, gifts, jewelry, etc). Select one? Love seeing the new shops pop up around Passyunk Ave. Occasionette is a go-to.
What is your one favorite “best kept secret” about Philly? Something that you and only a few others know about but everyone should… The garlic bread cheesesteak at Santucci’s. You’re welcome!
What makes Philly your Philly? The momentum. The possibility. The community that makes this a big city yet a small town.
