Priscilla Loomis: Connected

Olympian, entrepreneur, and media personality Priscilla Loomis on Wildwood, community, and turning an elite athletic career into a growing media company.

Some people build a second act by leaving everything behind. Priscilla Loomis built hers by carrying the discipline of one life directly into the next. As Founder and CEO of Priscilla Loomis LLC, and a keynote speaker at this year’s PIMCON, she’s turned an elite athletic career into a media company built on leadership, resilience, and personal growth.

A three-time Hall of Fame inductee, two-time Female Athlete of the Year, National Record Holder, National Champion, and world-class medalist, Priscilla Loomis spent years at the top of elite competition before translating that experience into a second career built around leadership and personal growth.

Her company now spans keynote speaking, event hosting and emceeing, content creation, digital media, and brand partnerships. She hosts Respect The Audacity, a digital streaming series on This Is It Network available on Apple TV, Fire TV, Xbox, and Roku, spotlighting trailblazing women in sports. She’s also the Founder of the Priscilla E. Frederick Foundation, supporting single-parent households and underserved students through scholarships, leadership development, and women’s empowerment initiatives.

Her work has been featured by The New York Times, CNN, BBC, ESPN, National Geographic, and Disney+, with an upcoming Netflix feature further expanding her presence. Ask Priscilla Loomis to sum up her connection to home, though, and the answer isn’t about any of the headlines — it’s simpler. Born in Queens and raised in Sicklerville, South Jersey, she now lives in Wildwood, two blocks from the beach.

“My husband is a high school history teacher and head football coach at Wildwood High School,” she said. “We reconnected in Wildwood and have built our life here.” For dinner in Wildwood, she points to Westside Saloon — and when she’s in Philadelphia, Giuseppe & Sons. For shopping, it’s Guppi, a women-owned, sustainable clothing shop in town.

Asked for Wildwood’s best-kept secret, she laughed off the question entirely: “If I say, it won’t be a secret anymore.”

What she will say plainly is what makes the town hers. “Community. It’s a place where people look out for one another, show up for each other, and take genuine pride in supporting our local small businesses,” she said. “There’s a strong sense of belonging here… and it’s set against the backdrop of beautiful beaches. Wildwood has lots of heart!”

With a Netflix feature on the way and a keynote stop at PIMCON already on the calendar, Priscilla Loomis shows no signs of slowing the momentum she’s built since leaving competition behind — still designing her next chapter with the same intention that got her to the podium in the first place.
