Some people build a content brand around a platform. Gloria Ross built hers around a family. As founder of MomManagerGlow and a Creator Panelist at this year’s PIMCON, she’s turned mom-and-daughter storytelling into a multi-generational media brand that reaches far beyond social media.
Gloria Ross is a full-time content creator, podcast host, and brand strategist whose work extends well past posting. She manages her daughters’ modeling and creative direction careers, launched the TeenageHer Book Club, co-hosts the Mommies & Daughters podcast, and has secured brand partnerships across retail, wellness, and family lifestyle. Together, it adds up to a platform built on generations rather than a single voice, one where her daughters’ careers and her own are developed side by side instead of treated as separate projects.

That platform reaches Gen X and Millennial moms specifically, with content built to be real and relatable rather than polished for its own sake. For Gloria, authenticity isn’t just a tone, it’s the business strategy: the most powerful brand she could build was one that reflected exactly who she is. It’s an approach that has carried her from single-platform content creation into brand partnerships with major names across retail, wellness, and family lifestyle, without ever asking her to sound like anyone other than herself.
Gloria was born and raised in Philadelphia, and the city is where her entire content career started. Her very first hook as a creator was “a day in the life of a Philly mom,” documenting shopping, eating, exploring, and simply living in the city. That thread never left her brand. “Philadelphia started my entire content creation journey,” Gloria said, “and it has never left my brand.”
For dinner, Gloria points to Avana. For shopping, it’s the King of Prussia Mall, a go-to for the kind of range a multi-generational brand needs to pull from, whether that’s sourcing looks for her daughters’ modeling work or building out content for her own platform.

Asked for Philadelphia’s best-kept secret, Gloria didn’t hesitate: the Discovery Center in Strawberry Mansion. She visited when it first opened, back when it was little more than a circle of water, and has watched it transform into a full natural waterway for birds since. “It’s one of those only-in-Philadelphia moments,” she said of watching the space evolve. Plenty of people know about it, she says, but not nearly enough, and it’s the kind of place that reminds you why the city is so special.
What makes the city hers comes down to how much of it she and her kids actually live in, not just reside in. The history, the energy of Center City, the restaurants, the museums, the parks, Gloria says she genuinely loves all of it, and still finds something new every time she’s out. She spends more time exploring Philadelphia than sitting at home, and that same instinct, get out and live in the city, is what launched her content career in the first place and still drives it today.
That instinct is also what’s carried MomManagerGlow beyond a single feed. Between the podcast, the book club, and the brand deals, Gloria Ross has built something closer to a family business than a personal account, one where Philadelphia isn’t just the backdrop but the reason the whole thing started.
