Aristotle and Kiriaki’s Taverna is a culinary collaboration and cultural celebration of Greek-Hawaiian fusion for charity.

South Philly’s Stina Pizzeria morphs into Aristotle and Kiriaki’s Taverna for a special one-night affair on Sunday, November 12, blending culinary minds and a fusion of global flavors, bringing together Chef Kiki Aranita of Poi Dog Sauces, Chef Ari Miller, Chef Bobby Saritsoglou of Stina Pizzeria, and the collaborative Stina Kitchen team.

Aristotle and Kiriaki’s Taverna promises to whisk you away to the shores of Greece with a stopover in the Hawaiian islands. With an exclusive eight-course prix-fixe menu, guests will be treated to a tapestry of tastes featuring the freshest ingredients, some as close to home as Aranita and Miller’s backyard.

At 6 pm and 8 pm, 22 fortunate guests per seating will convene to partake in this elaborate feast, which not only entices the palate but also touches the heart, as 20% of the evening’s profits will be generously donated to SEAMACC, supporting Philadelphia’s vibrant immigrant and refugee community.

The Ras el Hanout spice blend from Marrakech will add depth and mystery to the dishes. The li hing mui from the Pacific will introduce a unique salty tang. From the local soil, fig leaves will lend their delicate essence to a menu that is as locally rooted as globally inspired. Aristotle and Kiriaki’s Taverna is set to be an evening where world travel, and neighborhood dining coalesce into a memorable dining experience.

The menu at Aristotle and Kiriaki’s Taverna will be complemented by optional wine pairings from Mural City Cellars, elevating each course with the perfect libation. Traditional Greek components like Gigantes beans and halloumi cheese will mingle with the Hawaiian zing of Poi Dog Sauces, creating comforting and adventurous dishes.

This Greek-inspired, Hawaiian-twisted menu at Aristotle and Kiriaki’s Taverna presents classics reimagined, like the Fig Leaf Flatbread—a nod to Stina’s acclaimed dough—and a Fig Leaf Wrapped Guava Katsu Coppa Roast that promises to be a showstopper. Sardines will get a citrusy lift, and the Halloumi Saganaki will be drizzled with herbed honey, blurring the lines between sweet and savory.

As the night caps off with a Li Hing Mui Portokalopita, a Greek dessert given a Hawaiian twist, guests will find themselves at the intersection of heritage and innovation, charity, and indulgence.

With limited seating, securing a spot at this philanthropic feast will guarantee a culinary exploration and a contribution to a heartfelt cause. For those lucky enough to attend, Aristotle and Kiriaki’s Taverna will leave an indelible impression, blending Mediterranean hospitality’s warmth with the Hawaiian islands’ aloha spirit.
