Prepare to embark on a savory adventure at Urban Farmer Philadelphia as they bring back the highly anticipated B-Side Dinner on Wednesday, August 16, starting at 6:30 pm. This unique culinary experience, curated by Executive Chef & Butcher Sonny Ingui, promises a delightful five-course menu showcasing rare beef cuts not commonly found on typical steakhouse menus. To add to the ambiance, DJ A1R will provide a playlist of B-Side tracks to set the mood for the evening.

Executive Chef Sonny Ingui shares his passion for these extraordinary beef cuts by offering his expertise table-side, providing diners with background and history about each served cut. Lead Bartender Christopher Moran will also showcase his knowledge by pairing each course with carefully selected wines.

The B-Side Dinner Menu will be presented in “tracks,” each offering a unique culinary experience, followed by a surprise frozen dessert. From Bison N’Duja paired with Rosé of Pinot Noir from Germany to Creekstone Prime Ribeye Deckle Roulade paired with Antelio Anglianico from Italy, this event promises a harmonious fusion of flavors and melodies.

Taking inspiration from the lesser-known side of vinyl records, where hidden gems and sentimental favorites reside, the B-Side Dinner will feature exceptional beef cuts like oyster blade, beef cheek, and deckle, among others. This communal dinner will be hosted on the Urban Farmer patio, weather permitting. It will culminate with a special surprise for guests – dessert at the stunning Assembly Rooftop Lounge.

Tickets for The B-Side Dinner at Urban Farmer Philadelphia are priced at $165 per guest and can be purchased online. In the event of rain, the dinner will move inside.
