M2O Burgers and Salads is now open at The Concourse at Comcast Center, Monday through Friday, 10 am to 5 pm — the sixth M2O location in the Philadelphia area, and its first inside Center City’s underground dining and retail corridor. For commuters, office workers, and anyone passing through JFK Boulevard looking for lunch that isn’t another “salad in a plastic box”, this is a genuinely good addition.
M2O Burgers M2O Burgers and Salads’ Menu
M2O Burgers and Salads has built its whole identity around one promise: nothing frozen, nothing pre-made, everything made to order. Fully customizable smash burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, and fresh salads sit alongside fan favorites like the M2O Burger with M2O sauce and the Philly Burger on a pretzel bun — a nice, specific nod to the city it’s building out in. The salads get real attention too, with signature builds like the Cobb and the Village standing in for the usual afterthought lunch-counter greens.
The milkshakes are the detail worth knowing about specifically: M2O Burgers and Salads is one of the few hand-spun milkshake spots in Center City, running classic flavors — Oreo, black & white, strawberry, vanilla, chocolate. Combined with the made-to-order burgers, it gives The Concourse a genuinely nostalgic fast-food option inside a food hall that’s otherwise built around grab-and-go efficiency.

A Family Business, Six Locations In
M2O Burgers and Salads was founded in April 2018 by the Osmanollaj brothers, and it’s stayed a family operation as it’s grown — Queen Village, Wynnewood, East Norriton, Cherry Hill, and Newark all came before this Comcast Center location. “Opening at The Concourse at Comcast Center allows us to bring our menu to the daily commuter, local and visitor crowd in Center City,” said M2O Burgers co-founder Leo Osmani. “We’re excited to become a go-to downtown spot for lunch, dinner-on-the-go and everything in between.”
M2O Burgers and Salads joins a Concourse lineup that already includes Termini Brothers Bakery, Jamaican Jerk Hut, Tokyo Sushi, and Juice Pod — a genuinely strong bench of independent, locally owned concepts under one roof. Weekday lunch in Center City just got a real burger option, made the way it should be. Go early — 5 pm closing means this one’s strictly a workday stop, at least for now.
