The First Friday Summer Series and Fireworks Shows for 2024 will be bigger and better as the Greater New Hope Chamber of Commerce and New Hope Celebrates expand this summer tradition to include more fireworks displays and block parties on the first Friday of each month. The events will include local artists and crafters, live art demonstrations with New Hope Arts, a cocktail garden and outdoor lounge by Klyr Rum, live music, and tasty food from Italian Cucina. The festivities will take place on Stockton Avenue (between Bridge and Ferry streets) on July 5, August 2, and September 13, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with each night culminating in spectacular fireworks over the Delaware River at 9:00 pm.
Every First Friday from July to September, Stockton Avenue will transform into a lively pedestrian-only zone with various activities and entertainment. Italian Cucina will offer an alfresco dining experience as Klyr Rum’s outdoor pop-up cocktail garden and lounge will serve refreshing cocktails while musicians and bands provide live music. Artists, crafters, and makers will line the street with unique wares, and New Hope Arts will host live art demonstrations. The July event kicks off with the support of Union Chill Cannabis Company, celebrating its first anniversary.
In addition to the vibrant festivities on Stockton Avenue, visitors are encouraged to explore New Hope’s charming small businesses.
