Red Owl Tavern launches Smoked Out Saturdays, featuring a rotating menu of BBQ specialties from July 6th to September 7th.

Red Owl Tavern launches its new summer ‘Smoked Out Saturdays’ BBQ series with a weekly rotation of BBQ specialties. Each Saturday, from 10 a.m. until sold out, carnivorous guests can indulge in a variety of delicious smoked dishes. The series debuts on Saturday, July 6th, and will run through Saturday, September 7th. The inaugural ‘Smoked Out Saturdays’ on July 6th will showcase a signature Brisket Sandwich priced at $19, served with crispy fried onions, jalapeños, and Bama White BBQ Sauce.

Complementing the BBQ delights, Red Owl Smoked Out Saturdays will feature spirited sippers like the Watermelon Rickey at $17, made with NO.3 Gin, watermelon, lime, Sicilian lemon Fever Tree soda, and a Pimm’s float, and the Declaration of Spritz at $16, featuring strawberry-infused Aperol, prosecco, soda, lemon, and a peaflower and elderflower mixed gin float.

On July 13th, visit for a tantalizing dish of Dry Rubbed Chicken Wings, prepared and priced at just $15, served alongside tangy pickled carrots and creamy buttermilk ranch dressing. The following week, on July 20th, treat yourself to a 3-Meat Combo featuring Pulled Pork, Smoked Turkey, and Chicken Wings, served with potato salad and jalapeño-cheddar cornbread.

On July 27th, the Smoked and Pulled Chicken Sandwich, priced at $17, will take center stage. Indulge in the fusion of flavors from the blackened ranch slaw and Fishtown Pickles, designed to transport you to taste paradise. Then, on August 3rd, prepare for a culinary adventure with the Spicy Korean Smoked Pork Sandwich, priced at $16. This flavorful creation comes with marinated cucumbers, kimchi slaw, and Gochujang BBQ.

On August 8th, savor the $16 Smoked Turkey Sandwich featuring Duke’s Mayo, Jersey tomatoes, Benton’s Bacon, and housemade brioche, ensuring a harmonious marriage of flavors and textures. A week later, on August 17th, relish in full or half rack Ribs served with sweet BBQ, slaw, and mac n cheese.

The flavors of South America come alive on August 24th with Peruvian Smoked Half Chicken, available for $20. This dish, served with fries, slaw, and green sauce, promises a delightful and exotic culinary journey. On August 31st, embark on a taste adventure with Smoked Pit Beef Sandwich priced at $18. This mouthwatering creation features raw onions, Tavern Sauce, and hatch chile queso, delivering a symphony of smoky, savory, and spicy flavors.
