Join SNACKTIME and DJ Killsing for a free live concert at Out of Sight at the Oval.

SNACKTIME is set to light up the stage at The Oval’s inaugural Out of Sight concert. This exciting free live event, held in partnership with the Parkway Council as part of its “Parkway Presents” series, promises an unforgettable night of music, dance, and community spirit at Eakins Oval, adjacent to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, on Friday, July 7 from 6:30 to 10 pm.

Co-founder of SNACKTIME, Sam Gellerstein, expressed their enthusiasm for bringing joy and groove to the community, especially after the challenging year of 2023. “Philly’s been through a lot in 2023, and we’re only halfway through. I think we could all benefit from busting out dance moves, going a little stupid, and getting really funky,” said Gellerstein.

The event will feature headline performances by SNACKTIME and the talented Philadelphia DJ Killsing. Attendees will have the chance to indulge in delectable bites from multiple food trucks on-site, while the iconic MilkBoy, known for booze, bites, and music, will manage The Oval’s 21,000-foot beer garden. Forîn Café will also serve up pastries and nonalcoholic beverages.

Out of Sight at The Oval marks the return of The Oval pop-up park, presented by WSFS Bank, which will continue to delight visitors with various activities and events until August 20, 2023.

What’s more, SNACKTIME has another exciting project in the pipeline. They are collaborating with world-renowned music producer Will Yip on their second studio release. The six-track EP will feature brand-new original music and will be recorded at Studio 4 just outside Philadelphia in Conshohocken. The album is scheduled for release later this year, making it SNACKTIME’s first studio album, following their debut release, “Sounds From the Street: Live!” in 2022, recorded in front of a live audience.
